Because VR CODER provides custom digital marketing, website and software services, refund and cancellation terms are agreed on a per-project basis in the signed proposal or contract for that engagement.

General Principles
Deposits or advance payments for a project are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time and resources already committed. Cancellation terms, milestone payments, and any partial-refund conditions will be specified in your project agreement.

Monthly/Retainer Services
For ongoing services billed monthly (such as SEO or ads management), cancellation requires notice as specified in your service agreement; fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
